Hyundai India, on Monday, announced its Auto Expo plans that is set to be held between February 3 – February 9, 2016. Designed around ‘Experience Hyundai’ theme, the company will have a total of 12 zones to showcase several of its products and technologies at its pavilion.
The Hyundai pavilion will showcase several products from Hyundai’s global and domestic lineup on 12 zones with 17 products. The company has revealed that its global SUV – Hyundai Tucson – will be showcased at the Motor Show.
5 zones to look forward to at Hyundai pavilion at the Auto Expo 2016 –
Hyundai’s Future Zone will showcase the company’s performance brand N – specialized in making performance-oriented cars.
Though the company hasn’t made any official announcement yet, we expect to see the Hyundai i20 N – a more powerful version of the premium hatchback – at the Future Zone. The company will also showcase the Gran Turismo race car at this zone.
Hyundai Motor will also showcase its new global luxury brand – Genesis – and products that the company is selling under it. Though the company has no plans to introduce its luxury brand in the Indian market anytime in the near future.
At the sports zone, the company will showcase the i20 Active Crossover that is already on sale in the country.
At the Safety Zone at Hyundai Pavilion at the Auto Expo 2016, the company will display Genesis Crash Car to showcase crash-worthiness and safety features with high structural integrity and strength of its products.
At this zone, Hyundai will allow its visitors experience the innovative digital initiatives taken by the Korean carmaker.
Expected Hyundai Cars at Auto Expo 2016
There are rumours about the company showcasing its sub-compact SUV at the Auto Expo 2016. To be positioned below the Hyundai Creta, Hyundai’s new sub-compact SUV is based on the i20 platform. The company might also showcased a closer-to-production version of its long-awaited MPV and the new-generation Hyundai Elantra at the Motor Show.
